How to tell if your web transaction is secure???
To increase the efficiency of this website a portion of this site is not secure, the secure mode is activated when you enter the area of the site that you enter personal details etc. making it safe to pass your details. You can check if you are on a secure page by right clicking on the page and selecting properties from the menu, look for URL’s which have hypertext transfer protocol secure (https), this is an indication of a secure transaction.
Security guarantee
All personal information, including credit card details, transmitted via our secure server is encrypted as it travels through the Internet. All personal information that is passed through our server is encrypted with, 128 bit SSL encryption which is the highest level of encryption for web browsers.
Otorohonda.co.nz is technically aware and very serious about it's protection measures of personal information and in particular credit card security. Policies established have resulted in an impeccable security record where there has never been a reported incident of credit card information being obtained as a result of a purchase. Our guarantee of security:

What is the privacy policy?
Customer privacy is of up most importance to Otorohonda, we also understand the legislation involved in consumer privacy. Otorohonda will only keep relevant information to the completion of the requested transaction. Customers will not be subject to unsolicited advertising e.g. Spam. Information will not be on-sold or shared with any other organization.
Returns
Returns authorisation form
-fee’s charged – all freights cost and any damaged caused during transit will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf
-timeframe – Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving goods
-condition of returned goods – Goods must be returned in original condition with all associated manuals and any other media which was supplied or goods may not be able to be returned. Goods must be wrapped in the same or equivalent protective packaging
-fault description – Any faults found with a product must be accompanied with a full description in regards to the reason of return
-returns at our discretion- All returns are at our discretion. No goods will be replaced until the original product is returned to us.

Warranty
-Warranty product returns: Should you find a product faulty it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible by phone, fax or email. When the product is found to be truly faulty, you must return the product with the original invoice for us to process it further
Otorohonda.co.nz agrees in principle and practice with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Otorohonda.co.nz does not warrant all the products we distribute, and in most cases, the manufacturer or their agent in New Zealand covers the warranty. Otorohonda.co.nz may or may not act as an agent for the manufacturer in administering their warranties. In many circumstances, such as when the warranty agent may be within your locale, it may be more expedient to deal direct.
Non Warranty product returns: We will only accept products within 14 days of invoice, We can only accept returned product which are in original condition and which are unopened. Shipping is at the cost of the customer unless the product is being returned due to a fault in the processing from Otorohonda in which case Otorohonda will arrange for the shipping of the returned goods.
Order’s and Payment
Contact us by email, telephone, facsimile, post or in person detailing: code and quantity required, your name, address, contact number and method of payment. You may pick up your goods at our street address of 2 Limestone drive, Otorohanga or have the goods delivered by courier for a small packaging and handling fee.
* Please note that if your order has not been placed via our website freight charges will differ.
Please note at this time International Orders are not accepted due to our internal and external set up. Orders from anywhere within New Zealand are welcome.

- Charge card policy
Clients picking up goods must bring their order receipt in with them and sign the receipt as per any non Internet sale.
- We will not ship to a post office branch or PO Box number.
- We will not ship to a delivery address where a phone call is required to arrange a time.
- Unless the client has an established trading history we will not ship to a courier depot for pickup by client.
Although this policy may cause some inconvenience, we trust that you will appreciate and respect our efforts to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

Over $100 - Free
Costs placed through the website, orders placed through other methods, freight charges may vary
Delivery times – overnight in North Island, 2 Day delivery to South Island. Remote areas may take longer. Saturday delivery is an extra cost and may not be available.
Allow 7 days from date of order till delivery, unless back order applies, which you will be informed of as soon as possible with a date of availability. |
