Engine/Drivetrain
- Powerful liquid cooled OHV, 4-valve head, semi-dry sump, offset cam, compact low centre of gravity, Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) 675cc mounted longitudinal in a mid-engine design.
- Automotive-style, three-speed automatic transmission with reverse on dash-mounted selector.
- Selectable drive modes are 2WD with open rear differential for sensitive terrain/lawns, 4WD with rear differential lock and 4WD with all-wheel differential lock.
- High-capacity liquid cooling provides consistent engine operating temperature in extreme conditions for maximum power output and long engine life.
- Lightweight aluminum radiator is mounted high to avoid clogging and damaged by debris or rocks
- Oil cooler aids engine heat dispersion while speeding engine warm-up on cold days.
- Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) features 40mm throttle body, 12-hole two-pattern injector and Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) balances performance and linear running in all conditions.

Chassis/Suspension
- Double-wishbone independent suspension gives an exceptional 262mm of ground clearance combined with maximized tyre-surface contact and a smooth level drive.
- Compact low centre of gravity, without compromise of ground clearance.
- Variable-damping shock absorbers provides 150mm of front travel and 180mm in the rear.
- Low pressure Off-road balloon ATV tyres, sized the same front and rear at 25 x 10.0 -12, provide added ground clearance and balanced grip with minimized surface tear, while eliminating need for multiple spares during extreme use.
- Four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes with a proportioned pressure balancer ensures front and rear braking even if one brake line fails or uneven grip is lost for some unexpected reason. Discs feature patented Honda 'scrapper' system to prevent debris build-up.
- Roomy cab and rubber-mounted seats with adjustable backrest for wide range of ergonomic comfort to reduce fatigue on long drives or between work.
- Waterproof accessory 12v socket located between the seats for easy access to power.
- Three-point Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) seat belts similar to automotive type.
- Right-hand operated parking hand brake for stationary security.
- In-cab glove box and dash storage for quick access to small items.
- Four-pillar cab roll cage, constructed in six-piece 41mm tube.
- Heavy-duty tow hitch with nominal 544kg uneven ground towing capacity.
- 226kg capacity steel load bed with bumper-grade plastic liner with progressive gas-assisted tilt.
